Perfect for anyone who wants to live quietly and peacefully in the sun, at a convenient location in walking distance of all of El Batey, but designed especially to include:

- people who are ageing gracefully - still mobile, but beginning to feel less energetic and flexible

There are a total of 22 1-bed (10) and studio (12) apartments for 1 or 2 people, geared to medium- and long-term living in the sun (also for short stays and snowbirds - we warn you that you will find it difficult to leave), in a beautiful setting.

All condos have deadlocks on the doors, screens on the windows, bars on all ground floor windows, and a wall safe for your security. We have a night watchman. All have ceilings fans, floor fans and a/c (the a/c units have meters so that their consumption can be recharged to guests) in each bedroom and living room. All units were replaced in 2025, installig economic modern technology. We have istalled double-glazed windows to help with temperature control and reduce street noise. All street-facing windows, all windows facing onto Oasis in Sosua (generator noise) and some others.

Each apartment has access to internet with its own reserved bandwidth with its own password. There is a limited backup internet in case of failure - adequate for email/surfing, but not YouTube, video conferencing or streaming.

Kitchens are all equipped currently with a fridge-freezer, microwave, water cooler, blender, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster. Most have 4-burner gas-stoves, a few have a gas hob, but no oven.

* We have some junior singles studios, (for 1 person) with a queen bed, shower and equipped as above. Four of these have a large terrace close by the pool, one is upstairs with a balcony. These are popular rentals in the summer.​

All other apartments are suitable for either 1 or 2 people.

**Our standard studios are a good size, with either a terrace or balcony, some with king, some with queen bed, all with kitchen area, bathroom with walk-in shower lined in local coralina stone, TV, ceiling and floor fan and an a/c -  and of course internet.

**We have one deluxe studio with balcony, fitted out entirely in Brazilian oak, with a queen bed, bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle in glass and local coralina stone, TV, kitchen area, ceiling and floor fan and a/c -  and of course internet.

Our 1-bedroom apartments come in three styles. All have 2 TVs, plenty of internet bandwidth (50 mbps down and 20 mbps upload), full kitchen, ceiling and floor fans and 2 a/c units.

***Junior 1-beds,  upstairs with a large balcony, overlooking the pool. These have queen beds, full kitchen, medium-size fridge, shower room or bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with 2 or 3-seater sofa (one recliner).

***Upstairs with two baconies, queen-size bed with drawers, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with 3-seater sofa, separate fully equipped kitchen, and a storeroom.

****Town-houses on 2 floors with terrace and balcony, king-size beds (two that convert into 2x twin beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with 3-seater sofa, separate fully equipped kitchen.
